The Challenge:

TCL presented us with the challenge of managing their Global account alongside four local accounts (Australia, Portugal, Spain, and Mexico), each with its own unique audience. Our mission was to create tailored content that spoke directly to these diverse groups. A strategy that elevated product awareness through impactful launches was required. Furthermore, injecting personality into the accounts to foster authentic connections, boost follower engagement, and retain a loyal fan base was a key obstacle the brand needed to overcome.

The Solution:

To effectively manage both the global and regional accounts, TCL required a social strategy as diverse as its audience. We began by developing a wide range of creative assets, including 3D videos, design elements, and lifestyle photography, all tailored to showcase TCL’s products in a visually compelling way. To enhance engagement, we integrated a mix of proactive and reactive community management, executed in the specific languages of each region. This localisation of content and communication helped TCL connect authentically with each audience, driving higher levels of engagement and fan retention.

Our strategy also included leveraging user-generated content (UGC) to build a sense of community around the brand, alongside enticing giveaways and impactful influencer campaigns that were carefully selected to align with each region’s culture and consumer behaviour. We implemented a boosting strategy to amplify high-performing content, ensuring it reached a wider audience while maintaining relevance.

To ensure the content was as authentic as possible, we collaborated with local content creators in each region, allowing us to capture the unique cultural nuances that resonate with local audiences. This approach not only boosted brand awareness but also helped TCL surpass its KPIs and growth targets, establishing a strong, connected community across both global and local channels.
