We’re looking for an inspiring Creative Director to lead our growing creative team and take us to new creative heights! This person will have a track record of creating exciting and engaging social-first content for big brands and truly understand and appreciate the nuances of social media creative. With experience across not only social-first creative but also production, they will direct Spin’s creative vision across the agency and be actively involved in the work across a variety of our key clients.

Here’s what you’ll be doing...
You will join our leadership team in order to drive our creative approach within the agency and manage our creative, production and design teams. You’ll oversee and direct work across our key clients day-to-day whilst looking to set a creative vision for the future and ensure all of our creative output exceeds client expectations, while consistently reflecting our new agency proposition around relevancy.
Key Deliverables
Alongside the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for shaping and evolving the agency’s creative product. This involves driving innovation, new divisions, exploring new creative approaches, and ensuring that our creative offerings remain cutting-edge and ahead of the social media industry.
Responsible for the creative output across all areas of the business, including production, design, post-production, and creative development. You’ll ensure that all work is of the highest quality, delivered on time, and aligned with our clients’ strategy.
You will manage and mentor the Design Lead, Production Lead, Post Production Lead, and Creative Lead, ensuring that they are developing and effectively guiding their respective teams.
Working closely with the Creative Lead, you will provide strategic and creative direction on key accounts. Your role will involve setting the creative vision for these accounts and making sure that all work adheres to this vision & strategy, driving consistent and impactful creative output and creating strong client relationships.
You will play a pivotal role in pitching for new business. Working with strategy to create compelling narratives and presenting innovative ideas that resonate with prospective clients.
You will be responsible for developing, refining, and overseeing the implementation of creative processes within the agency across design/production/post & creative development. This includes streamlining workflows, communication, and ensuring that our creative processes are both innovative and effective.
This Is What We Need From You:
You have extensive experience in a senior creative role within a fast-paced, social media agency or brand environment. Your portfolio showcases a diverse range of successful social media campaigns, demonstrating your ability to lead and inspire creative teams with a strong focus on social platforms.
You must have a deep understanding of the social media landscape, with experience in creating content and campaigns that are designed specifically for social platforms. You are adept at leveraging the latest trends, tools, and best practices to create engaging, shareable content that drives brand engagement and meets client goals.
You are a strategic thinker with a sharp eye for detail. You can take a creative vision and translate it into actionable plans that drive results, particularly in the social media space. You understand the nuances of different platforms and can tailor creative strategies to meet the needs of various audiences.
You are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing. You can clearly articulate creative concepts and ideas to both internal teams and clients. You are also a strong collaborator, able to work seamlessly with other departments to ensure the successful execution of creative work.
You are deeply passionate about creativity and innovation, especially within the context of social media. You stay ahead of industry trends and continuously seek out new ideas, technologies, and techniques to keep our creative work fresh and cutting-edge.
